EV Therm 602 is a two-component, thermally conductive, flame retardant UV curable resin system. It is designed for applications requiring both heat dissipation and flame resistance, offering durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments.

EA6131 is a UV/moisture dual-curable adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals, glass, and other engineering-grade materials. It cures quickly under UV light, providing excellent bond strength and flexibility. Cyberbond CB 2241 is a partly flexible cyanoacrylate, also known as rubber tough. It allows dynamic and temperature-loaded bonds and guarantees certain shock-absorbing properties. This grade is also excellent for combination bondings like metal to rubber or metal to plastic. CB 2241 is a black grade with an outstanding performance. Dispensing via, e.g., LINOP dispensing equipment is limited.

H.B. Fuller FH8708T is a heat-curable, single-component epoxy material that can be repaired. It is designed to reinforce components with low CTE and high Tg, such as CSP/BGA. This corner bond material is specially created to enhance the reliability of CSP and BGA assemblies, with a fast cure at moderate temperatures that helps to minimize stress on components.

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 288 is a silicone-free gap filler, formulated exclusively for EV battery environments. H.B. Fuller EV Therm 440 GB is a modified, highly engineered structural acrylic adhesive designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining superior strength and performance properties across a wide range of temperatures and substrates. EV Therm 440 is an excellent flame retardant with a UL94 V0 rating. It allows control of the adhesive gap to a diameter of 0.25mm (0.01").

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 420 is a high-performance, two-part acrylate adhesive engineered to bond a wide range of plastics, metals, and composite assemblies. H.B. Fuller EV Bond 383 is a thixotropic, toughened, two-component, ambient-curing epoxy adhesive. High impact resistance, moderate cure speeds, and good peel resistance characteristics make this system suitable for assembly or sealing of reinforced composite structures, metal bonding, or other applications where a toughened epoxy adhesive is required. This system contains dyes that fluoresce brightly with exposure to UV inspection lamps (black light).

Double Bubble Epoxy Extra Fast Setting is a two-component, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive with an extra-fast setting time. It cures at temperatures as low as –18°C (0°F) and has a convenient mix ratio. Known for its excellent cohesive strength, it bonds to various substrates including metal, wood, concrete, ceramics, and many plastics.
