Tonsan® TS850 Polyurethane Sealant is a two-component reactive chemistry 2K PU adhesive. It can cure rapidly when heated and is specifically designed for bonding GFRP and CFRP materials with high strength. This sealant is commonly used for bonding SMC parts such as bumpers, high roofs, door panels, and other components in specialty vehicles, including trucks, busses, and commercial vehicles.

Körapur® 666 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for panel manufacturing. It is certified by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and offers improved humidity resistance. With its high mechanical properties, it is ideal for various applications in panel manufacturing, including chassis finishing such as side-paneling, side walls, floors, roofs, and sandwich assemblies. It is widely used in the production of industrial panels, trailers, and commercial vehicles.

MP Series Structural MMA Adhesives are two-component methacrylate adhesives with reactive chemistry. They offer outstanding bond strength and are extremely durable. They do not require surface preparation and provide excellent impact resistance. They are used to increase the reliability of finished assemblies, withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and thermal cycling, and resist a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions in RVs, specialty vehicles, busses, trucks, commercial vehicles, and trailers.

SILAPRENE® DC12895 Sealant is an exceptional one-part product that combines ease of application, versatility of use, high ultimate strength, permanent bonds, and long service life. It is a high quality, elastomeric sealant that provides superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

Körapur® 672 is a liquid-reactive 2-component polyurethane (PU) adhesive specifically designed for panel manufacturing applications. It is certified by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). This adhesive offers improved humidity resistance, minimal shrinkage, and a wide range of pot life profiles. It is commonly used for sandwich bonding in the production of industrial panels, trailers, and commercial vehicles.

SILAPRENE® All Weather Sealant is a solvent-based sealant. It dries fast and becomes tack-free in less than one hour. It offers outstanding resistance to water and moisture and resists cracking, chipping, and peeling. It is commonly used for sealing multiple substrates, including galvanized metal, wood, particleboard, EPDM, and other types of rubber, in RVs, specialty vehicles, busses, trucks, commercial vehicles, and trailers.

SILAPRENE® DC 14079 is a high-quality polychloroprene-based contact adhesive specifically designed to bond various rubber and plastic materials to wood, metal, and fiberglass surfaces, as well as themselves. This adhesive is ideal for light-colored vinyl-coated fabrics as it does not stain.

H.B. Fuller BCF-1 is a butyl tape that is pressure-sensitive and has butyl-coated foam. It adheres aggressively to most substrates and easily conforms to irregular contours. It offers excellent weatherability and has a highly compressible PVC foam core encapsulated with high-tack butyl adhesive and sealant. It is commonly used as a sealant against moisture and dust elements for various applications, including bus and truck bodies, windows, and as a compliant sealant to protect against water penetration and prevent corrosion and moisture damage in sealant tapes and patches.

SILAPRENE® DC 12149 is a solvent-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive with an amber color. It is suitable for bonding paper, card stock, foils, rigid plastics, and polyolefin foams and films. It exhibits good resistance to creep and cold flow while providing high tack strength to most substrates and excellent peel adhesion.

ElastiSeal® 6098 is a non-flowing sealant that is designed to waterproof and prevent corrosion in spot weld assemblies. This sealant permits welding with conventional spot welders. It prevents moisture and oxygen from entering the joint and provides corrosion protection to the area that cannot be coated with primer. The sealant disappears from the area of the weld but retains a tight seal around the weld spot. The weld strengths are unchanged by the use of ElastiSeal® 6098.

SILAPRENE® Royal Seal 1000 Adhesive/Sealant DC13011 is an exceptional one-part product that combines ease of application, versatility of use, high ultimate strength, permanent bonds and long service life. It is a high quality, elastomeric sealant that provides superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

SILAPRENE® DC12718 al weather sealant is a one-part self-leveling, solvent-release product that combines excellent weather, UV, and ozone resistance with ease of application to provide a long service life. It is a high-quality, high-solids elastomeric sealant that provides superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

Tonsan® 1523 is a white, one-component, neutral to moisture in the air adhesive. It is recommended for bonding with fast and excellent adhesion for glass, aluminum alloy, etc., and is an alkoxy-cure silicone adhesive that cures at room temperature when exposed to the back rail of a PV module. This material also has high performance.

HydroArmor® 7763 is a sprayable latex coating designed for use on aluminum, fiberglass, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and most metal primers. It is formulated with additives to improve adhesion to oily metals. It provides very good corrosion protection, even when applied as thinly as 10 mils wet. This low-viscosity, sag-resistant coating can be easily sprayed onto exposed underbody areas and into restricted areas such as tubing and "hidden" areas accessible only with spray wands. Wet film builds of up to 20 mils can be applied without runs, drips, or sags.

SILAPRENE® DC 13233 is a solvent-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for bonding paper, card stock, foils, rigid plastics, and polyolefin foams and films. It offers medium tack strength to most substrates and exhibits good resistance to creep and cold flow, as well as resistance to heat, water, and cold.
