Cilbond® 62W is a trusted and high-performance water-based one-coat friction system designed for compounds used in the Friction Industry. It is primarily used in the manufacturing of products like original equipment (OE) and after-market brake pads. It bonds to all metals commonly used in brake pad production, including Zn/Ni coatings.

HydroArmor® 7740 is a sprayable, latex product that is designed for use on steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and plywood. This highly fire-resistant material can be easily sprayed onto overhead and vertical surfaces to seal joints. Heavy wet film builds can be applied without causing runs, drips, or sagging at bridge seams. Because this material is filled with hollow microspheres, this coating adds little weight to vehicle bodies, even at high film builds.

LCA-4LV is a highly filled gyro grade epoxy adhesive having a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good dimensional stability, and excellent chemical resistance. It is useful in applications requiring bonding or hermetic sealing of metal, ceramic, glass, and other substrates. Compared to Adhesive LCA-4, Adhesive LCA-4L V is less viscous, has a longer working life and generally requires additional cure time to develop similar properties.

HS Butyl 0361 is a high-performance butyl available as a tape or in drums for versatile applications. It is used for sealing joints where the tape will be in contact with potable water and bonding and sealing water shedders to car doors. The product offers excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, is conformable, easy to use, and has good resistance to raw sewage.

Cyberbond CB AT 1740 PP-PE Bonder is a two-component methacrylate adhesive specifically designed for bonding polyethylene and polypropylene substrates without any pretreatment. It has a short open time, thixotropic consistency, and a mixing ratio of 10:1, making it easy to apply and providing excellent bonding performance.

Swift®lock 2077 SP is a one-component moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive, mainly used for the wrapping lamination bonding of automotive interior trim parts, such as instrument panels, door panels, central armrests, pillars, seat back panels and other components. This product is suitable for the wrapping bonding between different types of flexible surface substrates (such as leather, PVC, PU, TPO, fabrics and other skin cover-stock materials) and plastic carrier materials (such as ABS, PC, treated PP, SMC, wooden materials, etc.).

MP-55320 is a high-performance, two-part methacrylate adhesive engineered to bond a wide range of plastics, metals, and composite assemblies. Rapidex® NP 2075 T is a hot melt adhesive that enables strong assemblies. It is widely used in automotive interior applications, specifically for attachments. This ready-to-use product falls under the category of hot melt adhesives, offering efficient bonding solutions. Its inclusion in the bonding technology of hot-melt reactive adhesives highlights its effectiveness in achieving durable and reliable adhesive assemblies.

HS Butyl 0303 is a general-purpose butyl tape used for sealing applications. It is suitable for sealing lap joints in roofing and cladding systems, duct flanges in HVAC systems, compression joints and seams, and caravans, offering excellent adhesion to multiple substrates. The tape is conformable, easy to use, and designed as a ready-to-use product for various sealing needs.

Cyberbond CB AT 6065 is a flexible two component methyl methacrylate adhesive. It is especially suited for bonding metals to different plastics (e.g. ABS, PC, PVC, PMMA, Polyamide) and composites. Cyberbond offers these adhesives in double cartridges in 1:1 or 10:1 ratio with static mixing tubes. This allows an easy and quick application.

HS Butyl Foilband 0316 is a butyl tape laminated with a fixed polyethylene (PE) foil backing, designed for sealing applications, such as use as a flashing tape in conservatory construction, over-sealing or repair of joints in gutters and downpipes, and sealing over T-bars in glazing and conservatories. Adcobond AT-3 is a pressure-sensitive, structural-grade, solid acrylic tape system designed to provide a superior bond between a wide variety of substrates. The tape possesses a uniform, high-tack acrylic adhesive on both surfaces with an integral core of solid acrylic polymer and will bond to most clean, dry, oil-free substrates.

Adcoseal 4193-3 is a pressure-sensitive mastic commonly laminated onto a plastic film or foil for ease of installation. It can be die-cut into various shapes as needed for specific applications. When paired with a suitable film or foil, this material can be applied before painting, with no adverse effects during bake cycles.

KALENE® 1300 is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperatures with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. KALENE® 1300 has the higher viscosity of the two KALENE® grades available and is the ideal choice for applications requiring the maximum retention of physical properties at the expense of a maximum reduction in viscosity. KALENE® 1300 is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for adhesive applications and a reactive additive to ordinary butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration and sound damping qualities.
