Magik 3036 AF is an UL Classified, anti-fungal, low VOC, water-based, flexible fire-resistant coating for duct insulation. It is washable, tough, and abrasion-resistant. Magik 3036 AF acts as a lagging and lap adhesive for canvas and glass reinforcing cloth, providing additional fungal resistance. With excellent flow properties, it offers smooth brushing characteristics for better coverage and uniformly coated surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, Magik 3036 AF performs well in high humidity environments.

Enifix 350 is a high-performance, one-component contact adhesive based on polychloroprene rubber with special tackifiers and additives. It is specially developed to be compatible with most substrates and exhibits excellent film-forming properties, providing uniform bonding to many surfaces.

UltraShield EMB 25 is a single-component, flexible, cold-applied, bitumen-modified acrylic-based waterproofing membrane. It is specially designed from a blend of special resin and rubber, reinforced with water-repelling fillers, mineral stabilizers, and a gelling agent. UltraShield EMB 25 is a highly elastic product that cures to a rubber-like membrane capable of withstanding severe expansion, contraction, and deck movements. It is highly resistant to oxidation, UV light, and ozone due to the unique additives used in its formulation, ensuring it does not crack.

Magik 8110 is a UL Classified, premium quality, single-component, synthetic rubber-based adhesive with special additives and tackifiers. It is a rapid-setting synthetic elastomer adhesive designed for use with fibrous glass insulation, duct wrap, and acoustical linings for air handling units.

UltraShield AC 14 is a premium quality, single-component, flexible, acrylic-based waterproofing and protective coating ideal for roof and wet area applications. It is designed to provide a tough barrier against weathering agents and UV, and it also functions as an anti-carbonation coating. Magik 40X25 is a premium quality, water-based, antimicrobial, and fungicidal protective coating. It prevents and eliminates residual mold and mildew from contaminated surfaces and protects various surfaces such as metal, GI, masonry, and wood from fungal growth. Formulated with a special type of synthetic resin and high-performance additives, Magik 40X25 is a low-odor coating designed to inhibit the growth and spread of odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew on multiple surfaces.

Magik 555 LV is a specially developed, low VOC, air-drying contact adhesive that excels in bonding seams and butt joints of pipes and sheet insulation. It can also be used to bond sheet insulation to flat or curved metal surfaces.

Helmitin® Blantal 8 is a solvent-based polychloroprene adhesive specifically designed for applications such as lining, folding, and upholstering. The adhesive is yellowing and stabilizing.
