By using the Sesame dispensing system, it does not require slowing down of the corrugator’s speed, and the Close-Sesame™ tape is applied continuously by roll-to-roll splicing capability. H.B. Fuller HL5160C is a reactive hot melt adhesive categorized under reactive chemistry. It is a single-component, hybrid IG sealant known for its good moisture vapor resistance and gas retention properties. This adhesive combines the strength of thermosets with the handling properties of hot melts. It is primarily used in windows applications, offering a high polymer content and excellent UV resistance.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0312 is a vinyl acetate homopolymer adhesive designed for use in adhesives, binders, and specialty applications. Swift®lock 2009 is a moisture-curing reactive hot melt adhesive based on PO. It is designed to form a very strong bond that is resistant to heat, cold, and moisture after final curing. This product is characterized by its stability of viscosity during application, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. Additionally, Swift®lock 2009 offers high green strength.

It is suitable for single shot binding on automatic binding machines at high speeds and low application temperature (e.g. manufacture of catalogs, telephone directories and magazines).
