Typically applied on the inside of PE or breathable PE backsheet materials but can also be applied on nonwoven substrates.
- Application Instructions
Application performance achieved for slot coat or fine line.
Application temperature: 200°F – 245°F
Set the melter, hose and dies between the recommended settings. Do not increase the temperature above settings.
- Melter: 205°F - 230°F
- Hose: 220°F - 240°F
- Die: 220°F - 245°F
- pH Conditions for Adhesive Color Change
0.9% Saline solution should be in a pH range of 4 – 7 and a @37°C.
