H.B. Fuller EU2002 is a solvent-based adhesive formulated for use as a conformal coating, providing protection for circuit boards in various applications. H.B. Fuller EU2002 is primarily used for conformal coating, a process of applying a protective layer onto circuit boards to shield them from environmental factors such as moisture, dust, and chemicals. The adhesive is commonly applied to circuit board protection, where it provides a reliable barrier against the elements and safeguards the sensitive electronic components.

Swift®bond 2140 + hardener 2111 are two-component polyurethane adhesives. It offers good shelf-life stability and has a fogging resistance of greater than 130°C. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength at temperatures greater than 120°C and demonstrates excellent in-lamp durability. It is designed to exhibit cohesive failure after exposure to various conditions. It has a slow green strength, allowing for extended assembly time. This adhesive is specifically used for headlamp lens and housing bonding in exterior lighting applications.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

This adhesive is specifically designed for bonding a variety of facings to fiberglass insulation. H.B. Fuller 72TL is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive that has resistance to a very high temperature of 230°C. It is used for locking and sealing thread connections and fitted parts. Its high viscosity and thixotropic effect allow for larger tolerances. It is highly resistant to corrosion, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.
