Full-Care

H.B. Fuller 1527, also called 1527SBK, is a black, UL-certified, one-component RTV silicone with super resistance to weathering and ultra violet (UV). This material has very good adhesion without the need for primers to a wide range of substrates. It can be used for a variety of interior and exterior bonding and sealing applications. 1527 Black is formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -54°C to 210°C.

H.B. Fuller BCF-1 is a butyl tape that is pressure-sensitive and has butyl-coated foam. It adheres aggressively to most substrates and easily conforms to irregular contours. It offers excellent weatherability and has a highly compressible PVC foam core encapsulated with high-tack butyl adhesive and sealant. It is commonly used as a sealant against moisture and dust elements for various applications, including bus and truck bodies, windows, and as a compliant sealant to protect against water penetration and prevent corrosion and moisture damage in sealant tapes and patches.

It is engineered for high-performance applications, providing superior adhesion strength and durability in a variety of industrial sectors.

Swift®melt 1C2049NZP, a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive renowned for its good tack, peel strength, and low skin sensitization. Presented in a solid form, it is applied using roller methods and is available in boxes for convenient storage and availability.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0722-A is a borax-stable binder with excellent low-temperature performance and superior workability. It is ideal for use in ready-mixed joint compounds and tape-joint cement compounds. This vinyl acetate homopolymer provides excellent filler and pigment acceptance, making it suitable for paper and paperboard substrates. Its high binder efficiency ensures optimal performance in various industrial applications, particularly in compounds requiring improved workability.

H.B. Fuller HL5148 is a hot melt adhesive designed as a desiccating matrix for Intercept® applications, specifically for windows. It provides reliable performance in creating an insulating glass matrix. It falls under the category of hot-melt sealants and is suitable for building and construction applications, particularly in glazing and window elements.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 720 is designed to set quickly and strengthen within 3-4 minutes. Fully moisture-cured material displays excellent high temperature strength, tested up to 120°C. Rapid shipment of bonded parts is possible, as H.B. Fuller EV Bond 720 will not flow or expulse at 120°C, preserving bonded geometry at high temperatures before fully moisture-cured. This patented reactive hot melt moisture curing material is a one component polyurethane, 100% solid adhesive. Excellent adhesion strength is achieved within 10 seconds to 3 minutes after dispensing. This product has aggressive hot tack and cures in the presence of moisture into a tough bond. It works well in bonding various plastics, woods, metals, and primed glass substrates.

H.B. Fuller 3C3113 is a water-based adhesive known for its excellent adhesion to properly film laminated paperboard. It is specifically designed for bonding difficult surfaces. This adhesive offers fast set speed, excellent adhesion to various substrates, medium open time, and great machine tolerance. It is primarily used as a side seam adhesive for bonding difficult surfaces, particularly in the corrugated industry.

H.B. Fuller MP54190GR is a two-part adhesive that is easy to mix and cures at room temperature, making it suitable for bonding a variety of materials, including metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics. This medium-viscosity polyamide/epoxy adhesive is recommended for low-stress, high-impact, and high-peel strength bonding applications of dissimilar materials, offering superior thermal shock resistance, dimensional stability, and resistance to water, weather, and many chemicals. This adhesive system is designed for use in side-by-side dispensing cartridges and metering, mixing, and dispensing equipment with a recommended 1A:1B volume mix ratio. Handle cure time is typically 16–24 hours at room temperature, but this can be accelerated with heat. It's worth noting that cooler temperatures will increase work and cure times, and substrate heat-up time should be taken into account.
