Clarity

Cilbond® 49SF is a single-component bonding agent specifically designed for hot-cure applications (more than 160°F/70°C) with castable polyurethane elastomers and injection-molded TPU systems. It features a pigmented red color and is widely recognized as the industry benchmark for high-performance urethane bonding. Cilbond® 49SF has been developed to bond effectively with various materials, including metals, polyesters, polyamides, epoxies, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. It is highly recommended by leading urethane manufacturers and offers impressive in-service heat resistance of up to 265°F/130˚C (or up to 350°F/180˚C when used in combination with the Cilcure® B additive).


Cilbond® 49SF

Full-Care® 9100 is a hot-melt adhesive known for its proven high performance in in-line diaper tab attachment. It can be applied at a low temperature using slot or spray adhesive application methods. This adhesive features Full-Hook technology, making it suitable for use in disposable baby diapers and adult incontinence products with specialty requirements.

Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade (Low Viscosity Insulation) Adhesive is a two-component, essentially VOC-free, all-purpose, low-rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. The application process is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade Adhesive is dispensed through the Patented Millennium Cyclone Low Pressure Pump Cart* (by Garlock) or an approved low pressure pump cart that equally mixes Part 1 and Part 2 of the adhesive, providing a quality, consistent application each time.

H.B. Fuller 90TL has low viscosity and provides high capillary action for locking and sealing threaded fasteners and close-fitting parts after assembly. Additionally, it is also used to penetrate and seal metal porosity in molds and incastings. It provides medium- to high-strength locking and is highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.

Swift®melt 1C2501 is a pressure sensitive hot-melt adhesive designed for fixing of medical tape and disposable medical dressing. It applies good initial tack and medium adhesion without glue residue on skin. It is safe in skin contact and suitable for backing materials as perforated PE film, non-woven and needle punched non- woven, etc.

This asphalt-based coating creates a tough, durable, heavy film and can withstand elevated temperatures. Apollo Roofing MemBond Bituminous Membrane Adhesive is a bituminous membrane adhesive formulated with reactive chemistry and moisture-curing polyurethane. It is specifically developed for flame-free RBM (reinforced bituminous membrane) installations. This adhesive offers fast curing, high tack development, and one-way stick properties. It can be easily applied using a tin. It is designed for securely bonding bituminous membranes to various substrates, making it suitable for flame-free RBM installations. Additionally, it is an excellent choice for modified bitumen membranes and flashing adhesives.
