Adecol® CQ-4163/1 adhesive is based on special polymers, synthetic waxes, and tackifier resins. Adecol® CQ-4163/1 adhesive has excellent thermal stability, superior oxidation resistance at the application temperature, is non-carbonizing and/or altering its adhesive properties, and maintains a high relationship between adhesion forces and cohesion.

Surfaces should be free dust, grease or oil, the application temperature range should be checked at each specific step according to the following factors: Characteristics of substrates, equipment, speed, quantity adhesive and ambient temperature.

Typical Applications

This adhesive has been specially developed for assembly and closing of card paper packaging and laminated with PE and BOPP, boxes with hydro-repellent treatment where resistance is sought at low and high temperatures as well as high machine speed.
