Adecol® C-223G adhesive is an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer based on vinyl/ethylene acetate that has been modified with special additives. It has excellent fluidity and initial tack, as well as good grip. This adhesive is typically used for side and bottom closure of envelopes and cardboard boxes, and can be applied using a nozzle in automatic equipment.

Application Instructions

Surfaces must be free of dust, grease or oil. For manual gluing, be careful to keep the brush in water after use, thus avoiding dryness and supposed lumps for the gluing area. The application must be verified for each specific case according to the following factors: Characteristics of the substrates, equipment, speed, amount of adhesive and the ambient temperature must be above 15° C.
