Applications & Uses
- Guidelines for Use
-
Preparation: (500ml)
- Use in a well Ventilated Area.
- Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and dust free. If cleaning solvents are used, allow adequate time for drying and wipe surface with a clean cloth before applying adhesive.
- Shake aerosol before use.
Application:
- Hold the aerosol at approximately 70° to the surface.
- Spray adhesive from 6-8 inches away onto one or both surfaces. Apply adhesive in 4-6 inch bands overlapping each band by roughly 50%, with a double coat applied to the edges. Move at a steady pace that provides an even coat of adhesive without allowing any material to puddle. For most applications, 80-100% adhesive coverage is required for full bond strength. On porous materials, a second coat of adhesive may be necessary.
- For one-way application, let adhesive dry for 30 seconds until tacky, and then press into position.
- For two-way application, spray both surfaces and allow to dry for 2-5 minutes before bonding.
- For temporary bonding, spray one surface and allow to dry for 2-5 minutes before bonding.
- After use, invert the can and spray to clear any adhesive from the valve/button.
