- Spinner: Reverse spinner +10°C to +20°C above tank temperature, ensure it is free of excess adhesive, char and that the scraper is set tight. (First Tank should be hotter than second tank to increase wet out and filling of spine preparation, second tank lower to give more control of the main glue film especially at higher speed. On difficult papers or slower speeds an increase in application temperature maybe beneficial.)
- Note: Due to the use of low-density materials this product is not compatible with standard spine adhesives. Before use, drain down pot and hose of old adhesive and purge out with new adhesive.
