Applications & Uses

Application Instructions
  • Apply by nozzle.
  • Application temperature: 160°C to 190°C
  • Open time: short
  • Setting time: very fast
  • The prills product format is suitable for use in automatic feeder systems. Push bags to loosen up granules to remove blocking due to storage before filling the reservoir and ensure surrounding does not exceed +35°C.
  • This hot melt with new raw material base has stronger adhesion and a lower density than conventional hot melts based on EVA, which means an excellent bonding is reached at once with high mileage. Due to this composition, the adhesive is not mixable with conventional hot melts. If other adhesives have been used before, the adhesive equipment must be thoroughly cleaned.
Suitable Substrates

Applicable for a variety of difficult to bond surfaces as treated and coated cardboards.

Typical Applications

Developed for folding boxes, case & carton sealing and tray erection with difficult to bond surfaces. It has a high service temperature and can be used for hot fill applications e.g., double wall cups for hot coffee or tea.
