Clarity

KALAR® 5246 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5246 is off-white in color and is the least cross-linked butyl rubber of the KALAR® series of products, providing an excellent butyl intermediate base for general-purpose sealants and tapes. Its controlled cross-linking facilitates easily compounded sealants that can be applied with a minimum of effort.

It offers excellent adhesion, heat resistance, and low temperature performance, making it suitable for various packaging applications. With its moisture-resistant properties, NMP 3940 delivers reliability in food packaging while providing a low-tack solution.

Millennium Primer 240 is a rubber polymer-based primer used to prepare the surface of single-ply TPO and EPDM roofing membranes for improved adhesion to seam tapes, cover tapes, and flashing tapes. Primer 240 has been formulated with VOC-exempt solvents for use in regulated markets where other solvent-borne primers cannot be used. This primer does not react with atmospheric moisture, allowing it to be opened and resealed for use at a later date.

It can be applied universally and is particularly suitable for spray application. Flexel™ FN1000 is a reactive, low-temperature heat-activated adhesive film for bonding similar and dissimilar plastic substrates like ABS, PC, PBT, pre-treated olefins (low surface energy plastics), Polyamide, Polyimide, engineering plastics, SMC, FRP, GRP, and advanced composites.
